Hope for Tomorrow
We are currently working through the Book of Acts, focussing on some of the major events and characters. The Book shows the birth and growth of the New Testament Church and the fulfilment of Jesus’ Great Commission to His Disciples, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you….” (Matthew 28:19-20a NKJV). The work of the Holy Spirit is central to all the early Church did and is central to the Church today if it is to continue to carry out Jesus’ commission to our world.
